Randhir has been in the financial services industry for more than 20 years and helped to set-up Trident Trust in Mauritius where he was
promoted to Managing Director in 2006 and together with an 80-strong Mauritius team, he developed strategies to service financial institutions, professional
intermediaries and high-net worth individuals in Africa and Asia. Randhir has been a Board member of some of the largest Africa development funds involved in
telecommunications, mining, commodities, etc. as well as funds investing into India. As a Director of STRAFOR, Randhir intends to consolidate its program of
expansion and development of sustainable agricultural projects on the African continent and be part of a business that will benefit its stakeholders and positively
impact numerous local societies and the farming community on the African Continent. He is fluent in English, French and Creole and holds a BSc (Hons) in Management
from the University of Kent, Canterbury and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.
MAHABALESHWAR HEGDE
M.Sc. ( Agri) in Horticulture, MIM
Mr. Hegde is a post graduate in Agriculture from the University of Agricultural Sciences Bangalore, India and Masters in International Marketing Management (MIM). He has over 20 years of professional experience both in Agriculture and Horticulture, with specialization in Agronomy, Crop Production, Contract Farming, Farm management and Operations. He has handled various Agriculture and Horticulture projects both in India and on the African continent with reputed multi- national groups like OLAM, the Agha Khan Group, EMAMI, Mahindra and Mahindra etc. His expertise is in the areas of large-scale commercial farming. Mr. Hegde has joined the STRAFOR team in 2019 as a Senior Agronomist and Farm Manager.
TISSETSO MOPELI
Agronomist and Assistant Farm Manager
Tissetso did her Graduation and Post-Graduation in Agriculture and she also holds a Diploma in Forestry and Natural Resource Management. She is currently pursuing her PhD and has over 5 years professional experience as a lecturer with the National University of Lesotho, and as District Agricultural Coordinator she provided advice and science-based recommendations for a farmers for a variety of crop types. She has been part of fellowship programs under the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources on qualitative and quantitative research. She has done presentations in various farmers conferences on agronomic practices. Tissetso joined STRAFOR in 2019 as a Company Agronomist and Assistant Farm Manager.
TSEPO MAHALEROE

Mr. Mohaleroe is a Management Graduate with 15 years of international experience in Logistics, Interior Design, Manufacturing and Retailing companies. Prior to joining Strafor in 2019, he was handling logistics for various companies in Lesotho and South Africa. Tasked to ensure storage, orchestrate transport movements, arrange services and inventory control amongst other duties.

Deepa is a dedicated and results-driven person, with a successful background in the accounting field. Experienced over the last 11 years in the Power Sector as CFO for AF-Power, and previously the Mauritian Real Estate sector (Construction) and in establishing and managing a Property Fund. Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships.

Rina has 15 years’ experience in Offshore Management and been handling corporate and legal affairs of the Group including company corporate documentation, Power Purchase Agreements, etc in the fields of Energy, Natural Resources, Mining, Oil & Gas across Africa. Over the last decade, she has been part of the Business Development team of the AF Power Group of Companies.
SURESH A VANJARE
Finance and Operations Manager
Suresh has over 28 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation and Business Development. He has also gained rich experience in Logistics and Constructions and has implemented a number of projects across India and UAE. Suresh is specialized in setting-up business operations, administration and maintenance of accounting systems including compliances to various regulatory requirements. He is currently managing Finance and Operations at the Strafor Group of Companies in Africa.
ARVIND K JHA
Senior Advisor
Mr. Jha is banking professional with more than three decades of enriched experience at senior positions in banking and corporate world including a decade working experience at Mauritius and Dubai. He had long stints in international and corporate banking and also in the area of strategic HR at largest bank of India.
After more than two decades of working at State Bank of India at both India and Mauritius, Arvind set up Global Business vertical at AfrAsia Bank and also at State Bank of Mauritius, where he also lead the India business of the bank for couple of years and did pioneering work in stressed assets management and resolutions. He has extensive experience in targeting quality assets at India and various countries in Africa, where he maintains excellent network.
Arvind is MBA, CAIIB and also the recipient of prestigious C.H. Bhabha Research Scholarship and Award, given by Indian Banks’ Association. He is also a qualified assessor with certification from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
